More pets than ever. More kennels than ever.

Pet ownership jumped during the pandemic and never fell back to where it was. Then everyone opened a kennel, a daycare, or a grooming van to serve them. Your phone rings, and so do theirs.

Low Google ratings don't make the AI shortlist.

When a pet parent asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok or Gemini for the best boarding near them, the answer is built from Google ratings and fresh reviews. Kennels with low ratings don't show up in it. The highly rated ones get the call.

Five ways we get your reviews moving.

You run the kennel. We run the reviews.

1

Tap at pickup

Pet parent pays, grabs the leash, taps the card at the counter. Your review page opens. Happy dog, happy owner, review posted while they're still smiling.

2

The two-hour text

Not everyone taps on the way out. So about two hours after checkout, our system texts them: "Thanks for trusting us with Bailey. Would you leave us a quick Google review?" The link opens the exact same page as the tag. Simple and consistent.

3

Hear about problems fast

Every customer sees the same page: your Google review button, and right under it, "Not completely satisfied? Let us make it right." Nobody is sorted or steered. If someone sends feedback, you get an alert and can call them. Reviews are never blocked, filtered, or delayed, and anyone can post on Google at any time.

Questions

Does this work for mobile groomers?

Yes. The counter card rides in the van, and the two-hour text works the same anywhere.

Do you text my customers from my number?

The text comes from a local number branded with your kennel's name. You approve the wording.

Where do you get my customer list?

You export it from your booking software (Gingr, PetExec, Pawfinity, Square, or a spreadsheet). We handle the rest.

What's the difference between the two?

Tags alone send pet parents straight to Google. Reputation Alert adds your branded page, the two-hour text, the review bar for your website, and Reputation Manager for your customer list, and you're alerted right away when someone needs you.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They tap their phone on the tag or scan the code, and your page opens.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Newer phones tap, and any phone camera can scan the QR backup.

Is there a monthly fee?

Reputation Alert is $197 a month, and you can cancel anytime. Tags on their own are a one-time $49 each.

What if a customer isn't happy?

With Reputation Alert, they can tap “Let us make it better” and tell you directly. You're alerted right away. They can still leave a Google review anytime. We never block or filter reviews.

Can you guarantee five-star reviews?

No one honestly can. We make it easy for every customer to speak up, and that's what grows your reviews.

Can I change where it goes later?

Yes. We can update it anytime without replacing the tag.
